If you’re one of the many trillions of people who have seen “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” then you know that, like all previous “Star Wars” films, this new one is packed with visual effects. 

But in an effort to cut down on George Lucas’s overstuffed prequel CGI, J.J. Abrams choose to include more practical effects this time around.  Though, don’t worry.  There were many CG effects mixed in as well.
