So I’ve had some fun in the past coming up with Alternate Versions of “Star Wars” Trailers and TV Spots. 

I’ve never been a fan of the advertising campaigns for the newer films.  They just never seemed too… “Star Wars-y”.  I’m a bit old school, I guess.  I like to see my trailers (and TV Spots) with the “Star Wars” music blaring, exploding action, fan favorites front and center.  These new spots just don’t do it for me.  They seem too passive. So I’ve tried to course correct it.

Like it or hate it, here’s my latest attempt.  (There hasn’t been much footage to work with so far.) 

“Star Wars: The Last Jedi” opens on December 15th of this year.  It’s about the continuing adventures of Luke Skywalker, Han Solo 🙁, Princess Leia, R2-D2 and C-3PO.  And I think there are some new characters in it as well – I’m not really sure.
