So here I am posting another version of the “Saturday Night Live ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens'” parody teaser trailer.  Only this time it’s because I noticed that on Saturday Night, they aired an unfinished version of the trailer (at least on the West Coast).  Several of the visual and sound effects were incomplete. But the parody trailer they posted online was the completed and finished version. So obviously at the time of airing, somebody at Studio 8H goofed.

My guess is that someone accidentally grabbed the ‘work in progress’ file and aired that one instead.  But I find it strange that if the incorrect version did indeed air on the East Coast, why they wouldn’t have corrected the issue by the time it re-aired on the West Coast.

Any case, just an interesting observation.  Nobody’s perfect.  Here’s the unfinished version of the trailer.  I’ve also included a screenshot comparison of both versions.
