We’ve seen Lando Calrissian, R2-D2 and C-3PO on “Star Wars Rebels.”  And now the Princess arrives! 

Princess Leia Organa is coming to “Star Wars Rebels” later this month.  This is a younger version than the one we first encountered in “Star Wars: A New Hope.”   Well, she had to learn that feisty attitude somewhere.  So now we get a sneak peak into the making of a rebel Princess. 

Unfortunately, unlike Billy Dee Williams, Carrie Fisher doesn’t reprise the role that put her on billions of geek maps.  Jule Dolan, who provided the voice of Leia in the video game “Star Wars: Uprising” will voice the part.

The episode entitled “A Princess on Lothal,” will air on Disney XD on Wednesday, January 20th.  Here is the official synopsis:

“An aide to Bail Organa is sent to Lothal with ships for the rebel fleet, but an Imperial lockdown forces the rebels to come up with a new plan to steal the vehicles.”
