CBS releases a new promo for their upcoming superhero show – “Supergirl.”  This one actually shows new footage beyond the pilot.  We get glimpses of some new villains and the first shot of Peter Facinelli’s Maxwell Lord.

Although this show is produced by the same folks that make “The Flash” and “Arrow” it does not seem as if they currently exist in the same TV universe.  So no crossovers, at least for now.  But both CBS and The CW haven’t closed the door to a future possibility.
