Well Happy Birthday, Mr. J. The joker has just turned 75. His first appearance came in the spring of 1940 in Issue #1 of Batman.
To celebrate this momentous birthday, director David Ayer has tweeted the first official photo of Jared Leto in full makeup as the Clown Prince of Crime from his upcoming feature film “The Suicide Squad.” That film combines a whole bunch of villains to apparently do some good in order to knock some time off their sentences.
Just like the first official photo that was posted recently (Click Here), this photo is also reminiscent of Alan Moore’s 1988 Batman graphic novel “The Killing Joke.”
