Batmobile in Action – New Video Footage & Pics from “Batman v Superman”

I present to you some more video and various street shots of the new Batmobile from “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.”

You know, no matter how many times I say that title, I hate it more and more each time. It’s just not growing on me. Not the “Batman v Superman” part. Though I really hate the ‘v.’ Just say ‘vs.” It’s the “Dawn of Justice” part that grates on me. It just sounds so passive aggressive. And I hate passive aggressive.

Batmobile Stolen/Recovered from Set of “Batman v Superman?

There was a rumor going around the other day that the Batmobile was stolen from the set of “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” currently filming in Detroit. But after speaking with producers, police confirmed that no theft had occurred. The Batmobile was safe and sound. But then the below picture surfaced.

Batman v Superman Teaser Trailer Image 6 Some video has popped up of the new Batmobile in action during the filming of a scene for the upcoming “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” flick. Admittingly, it’s not all that exciting, but it’s something. The movie is currently filming in Detroit.

Flying High with the Superman & Supergirl Vintage Souvenir Movie Books

“You’ll believe a man can fly.” This was the tag line for “Superman the Movie” and I believe that film lived up to the tag line. And this was in a world before CGI. Amazing!

Batman v Superman Teaser Trailer Image 6 Update * Director Zack Snyder just released an official photo of the new Batmobile (most likely because they other photos had leaked). I’ve included the photo at the bottom of the page. Now seeing a clearer picture, it is pretty badass looking.

Behind the Scenes Preview of Batman Prequel “Gotham” (Video)

A new 21 minute behind the scenes preview for Fox’s upcoming Batman prequel “Gotham” has surfaced. It premieres Monday, September 22.

I’m not a big fan of prequels, especially ones based on characters that will never actually appear. Bruce Wayne is a kid in the series. So unless they flash forward at some point, we will never see Batman. Though I have a feeling he’ll actually show up in the final moments of the series finale before they cut to black (and then cue the Joker laugh).

New “Flash” Poster and TV Trailer

The CW has released a new poster and preview for its upcoming “Flash” TV series. It premieres Tuesday, October 7th. I’ve already seen the pilot. I thought it was quite good in a “Smallville-ish” way. I plan to stick with it and see where it goes.
