“Avengers: Age of Ultron” Trailer, Poster, and Tons of Movie Stills

Avengers Age of Ultron Title CardMarvel has just officially released the first trailer for their upcoming superhero flick “Avengers: Age of Ultron.”  The original plan was to premiere this trailer during next weeks “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” but Opps! someone leaked it online first.  So in a very wise decision, they decided to get ahead of this inconvenient issue and release an official version of the trailer now, thereby mooting the bootleg version.  I guess this ultimately sucks for “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D” which could have used the ratings bump.  At least Marvel had a good sense of humor about it, which is why they tend to dominate.

“The Hunger Games: Mockingjay” New Official Trailer & Movie Stills

Hunger Games Movie Still 23Here is the new official trailer for “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1.”  As you probably know by now, it’s Hollywood’s new thing to split the last book in a series into two movies so they can double dip into that big golden money pot.  Or in the Hobbit’s case, make three movies from just one book, because as you know, that 20 -30 minute dinner scene in the first film was extremely important to the narrative as a whole.  Hmmmm!  I fell asleep in that film.

star_wars_episode_vi___return_of_the_jedi_by_1darthvader-d6peuj1“Return of the Jedi,” the third film of the original “Star Wars” saga was release in theaters on May 25, 1983. It was probably one of the most anticipated movies in film history. It was the concluding chapter in the story of Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Princess Leia (or so we thought at the time).
