Ghostbusters Ultimate Collection – Why Did It Sell Out? And Other Answers
If you’re a Ghostbusters fan, then the recently released Ghostbusters Ultimate Collection Box Set was the collection you wanted to own. Released February 1st, it included Blu-rays and 4k disks for Ghostbusters I, II, Afterlife, along with digital codes for all three films, additionally including the 2016 reboot Answer the Call. Plus a mini reproduction of the fantastic 1980’s book “Making Ghostbusters.”

Billy Dee Williams Returns as Lando for Star Wars Episode 9
It’s been confirmed that Billy Dee Williams will return to the role of Lando Calrissian for the next Star Wars installment. If you’re keeping count (and I have on good authority that you are) we’re up to Episode 9 now. And with this installment, this current chapter of Star Wars saga will come to a close.

Muppets on Display
I remember way back in them olden days when my family got our first VCR. The very first thing I ever recorded was an episode of “The Muppet Show.” I must have watched that episode 20 times, amazed at this technology that allowed me to watch anything that I recorded anytime that I wanted. Good Times!!!!

“Star Wars: The Last Jedi” TV Spot – Joe-Made
So I’ve had some fun in the past coming up with Alternate Versions of “Star Wars” Trailers and TV Spots.
I’ve never been a fan of the advertising campaigns for the newer films. They just never seemed too… “Star Wars-y”. I’m a bit old school, I guess. I like to see my trailers (and TV Spots) with the “Star Wars” music blaring, exploding action, fan favorites front and center. These new spots just don’t do it for me. They seem too passive. So I’ve tried to course correct it.
“Rogue One” Trailer – Original Trilogy Cut
Ever since I was a kid I was always fascinated by movie trailers. I loved how they were a sneak peek into a much bigger world. And when a trailer is put together right, it really gets that movie excitement flaring. Unfortunately, sometimes they get it wrong and it can make a movie look laughably bad. Or just blah.
“Suicide Squad” B-Roll Footage and Movie Clips
David Ayer’s “Suicide Squad” doesn’t come out for another ten days, but already a ton of clips from the film have popped up online.
In addition to those scenes, a nine and a half minute B-Roll package has also found its way into the light. I’ve always been a fan of these things as it gives us a peek into the nitty-gritty of the film making process.

The New “Doctor Strange” Trailer Mystically Appears! And a Poster!
It looks like there was more superhero goodness from the San Diego Comic-Con today. Marvel unleashed it’s second trailer for the Benedict Cumberbatch led “Doctor Strange.” And I really like the look of it. It seems like it’s going to be a lot of fun.

The “Justice League” Trailer Has Arrived! With Screenshots!
If you didn’t get enough superhero action today with the “Wonder Woman” trailer or the Netflix Marvel trailers, then here’s another one to chomp on. Warner Bros. has just released the first trailer for Zack Snyder’s “Justice League.”
