Fox has released a behind the scenes look at the new “X-Files” revival which premieres on Sunday, January 24 for a six-episode run.

David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson return to the roles that made them internationally famous, that of Fox Mulder and Dana Scully.

It’s reported that the first and the sixth episode will focus on the alien mythology storyline that ran through the original series and the episodes in-between will be stand-alones.

I don’t know about you, but I’m psyched they brought this back.  And I certainly hope they give us a bit more closure on this never-ending convoluted alien hubbub than they did last time when they ended things.  Though I would love to see more new episodes beyond this initial six.
