Binge-watching powers activate!  On November 20, Netflix will premiere all 13 episodes of its second Marvel series “Jessica Jones” starring Krysten Ritter as the titular ex-superhero character.  

The story follows super-powered Jessica Jones, who gives up the superhero biz and opens a detective agency.  The show is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), and therefore, will be connected to both the features and other television series.

Former “Doctor Who” himself, David Tennant, plays the villain of the piece – a man named Kilgrave (aka… The Purple Man).  Mike Colter plays superpowered Luke Cage and Rachael Taylor plays Trish Walker, Jessica Jones’ best friend.
